I filled out my very first affidavit today. It sort of felt like I was signing my life away, but if filling out an online form will afford me the continued joy of educating my spark plugs at home, I'll do it! For those who need to file in California this year and who are as uncertain as I was about doing it, below is an excellent link that will, for the most part, hold your hand through the process:

I'll eventually figure out how to condense these addresses into a nifty little "click here" button, but for now, simply copy and paste into your browser.
Happy filing!

Great that you got that squared away! If you want to include a link, in Compose mode, you click on the underlined word "Link" in the menu (right before the Insert Image icon) and enter the info in the pop-up window (i.e., text you want to see and the URL/link location). If you want to link a picture, in Compose mode, you'd have to Upload the picture, click on the picture, click on Link to deselect/erase, then click Link again to reassign the new URL. Or you could go into HTML mode and just follow this example: http://www.hyperlinkcode.com/html-image-hyperlink.php I tried to type an example, but your comment settings may not allow HTML code, so I'm trying it this way.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Amy! I'll give this a try. I love learning new things like this, even though I don't consider myself at all computer savvy (praise the Lord that Jon more than makes up for my deficiency in this area!). Appreciate the help.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention this till right now, which might be the easiest way. I click and highlight the text I want to link in my post (in Compose mode), and then click "Link" and enter or paste in the link. That's it. I agree it's so great what our husbands can teach us!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update. I'll try it!
